yeh i stopped cos i cunt get past u, was stuck behind u pretty much as soon as i got past jake, dont think u herd me shoutin u to move lol, so thort id stop n leave a gap thats wen i let every1 past agen

yep, u can obviously make the bb as high or low as u like, i made mine 13.75inch, nice n low. fabien barel ran his at 12inch but i thort that a bit too low lol. to do this i sat the bb on a tin or sumthing and got the bottom bracket to the hieght i wanted it at then measured the gap between the bottom shock eyelet and the eyelet on the frame, i then made the pieces of metal to hold the shock in place, i had to drill another hole in the frame to make the pieces of metal stay there, so they didnt move about.
really is worth the work, it makes so much difference.
